Thick 2 mm to 2.5 mm solid copper exteriors provide rapid and uniform heat conduction while the durable, corrosion-resistant 18/10 stainless steel interiors ensure easy cleanup. The use of stainless steel instead of tin eliminates the need for retinning resulting in a long lasting surface. Stunning polished copper exteriors with varnished cast-iron handles fixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets retain the traditional appearance and appeal of this superior cookware.
